Located In the area with other apartments. Around 350m to beach entry. Good contact with owner. On the area Zabka shop.
Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Elevator and underground parking spot.
A bit disappointed about view from our apartment -on the road. As private apartment rent on the Shellter area no rights to use screen and beach chair of Shellter.

Super Erholung, auch für die Hunde ..ich komme definitiv wieder
Tolle Wohnung. Was für kleinere Menschen allerdings nicht so praktisch ist, sind die sehr hohen Schränke – man traut sich einfach nicht, auf den Plastikstuhl zu steigen. Leider nimmt der runde Tisch auch recht viel Platz weg. Super , die Kooperation mit dem Hotel und das tolle Angebot an Spa- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten eine wunderschöne, ruhige Umgebung mit Strand, Wald und See. Eine tolle, entspannte Gegend, und in nur 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto mitten im Geschehen von Kolberg. Der Strand ist super breit und lädt zu stundenlangen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Die hohen Schränke in der Küchenzeile Ich würde die Töpfe in dem Sideboard verstauen

Cały kompleks znajduje się w super lokalizacji przy samym morzu, mimo 3 piętra po skosie widok na morze
Okna apartamentu wychodzą na wprost ściany hotelu który jest w dość bliskiej odległości. Na terenie obiektu nie ma monitoringu również na parkingu z którego skradziono mi wyposażenie roweru

lokalizacja, udogodnienia, jakość wyśmienita, do plaży 100 metrów, tarasy widokowe, otoczenie lasu tereny spacerowe to prawdziwa bajka, na pewno tu wrócę.
jedynie należy zmienić w opisie że klucze do lokalu znajdują się na terenie obiektu w skrytce a wystarczy dopisać, że przy drzwiach do lokalu. Szkoda, że garaż jest w innym budynku niż apartament. Pierwszy wjazd jak i ostatni wyjazd wiąże się z pozostawieniem samochodu na parkingu zewnętrznym i spacerem po klucze do apartamentu aby otworzyć szlaban wjazdowy do obiektu.

Zbyt bliska odległość tarasów od siebie, za bardzo było słychać sąsiadów, do tego wiercenie wiertarki. Kuchnia trochę słabo wyposażona

Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Parawan, leżaki są dużym plusem. Mieszkaliśmy w budynku M więc to naprawdę blisko plaży. W mieszkaniu było czysto. Rowerownia to super miejsce dla osób podróżujących z rowerami. Blisko sklep, kawiarnia. Polecamy
