    Had a wonderful romantic weekend getaway with my partner. I did take most things needed to make the stay more enjoyable. Spacious and great views made for a memorable stay. Thank you

    Dealt with a foul odour during my stay. I did attempt to notify staff to no avail. TV wasn't connected for free to air and I experienced a pretty poor wifi connection with the TV also - couldn't watch football, news, nor stream. Poor experience with what was otherwise a spacious room.

    After staying here for 2 nights, I’ve since found out this hotel has been under voluntary receivership since 2023. Therefore, there’s no staff onsite (except cleaners), no reception, self check-in, no restaurant - all you get is a “motel style” room in poor condition and a pool (which we didn’t use). The rooms and guest areas require a deep clean and lack any form of luxury. We booked 2 rooms and my friends’ room had a disgusting smell. Our bathroom was filthy and the ceiling was falling down. They had also patched up the bedroom walls with wrong coloured paint. The only positive comment I can make is the linen and towels were clean, and it has a lovely view. This is no more than an overrated motel and they are only relying on the history of the hotel being a beautiful luxury escape which it no longer is.
