Location location. Comfortable beds, awesome staff. Well equipped kitchen. Good lockers in rooms.
Dorm room doors made an almighty bang If left to close on their own (lots of young people who lacked awareness of others coming and going at all hours) I was allocated a top bunk which I had to jump down from as the ladder was awkward and I’m not that nimble, they couldn’t/wouldn’t shift me though i did ask. Some top bunks had places to rest belongings, mine did not. Weird smell in communal areas, hostel felt a bit tired/run down. Shower lights didn’t work, some shower doors didn’t lock. Expensive compared to other hostel’s Ive stayed in, and there have been many!

The people, the place, the location, the beds, everything. The workers trust you enough to give you free milk, coffee and tea. There is also a movie room, PC room, lounge, board games, pretty much anything you would like. I have no complaints, and many praises.
