Great communal spaces, kitchen and location.
The showers could use facilities/basket for clothes so they don’t get wet.
The beds would be better with privacy curtains. And a little shelf or basket for your stuff by the bed. The door closer could have a slower/softer closer release so they could be used quietly without slamming all the time which disturbs sleep.
