Mirna lokacija,blizu jezera,veliko poti za sprehode. Cista hiša,v kuhinji je vse kaj se potrebuje, hisa je bila cista,v sobah postlane postelje in pripravljene brisace. Pohistvo je sicer staro,ampak ocuvano. V hisi je bilo prijetno toplo,vsaka izmed sob ima tudi svojo klimo. Prostorsko smiselno razporejeno,idealno za skupine. V kleti kjer je kuhinja je tudi skupni prostor za druzenje. Imajo tudi pralni in sušilni stroj,pomivalni stroj. Priporocam

Razen,da bi bilo za zamenjat stole v skupnem prostoru ki so ze res dotrajani je bilo vse ostalo brez pripomb.

The apartment is very close to the beach and to the main area of Siofok with restaurants and parties. Even though its in a good distance that apart from the trains the area is quiet. The apartment has all what you need, we were in the smaller building next to the big house. The kitchen is small but refurbished and has everything you need. Airco works also well and positioned adequately so the air is not blown over the beds. The garden is nice and well maintained and street parking is possible right in front of the house. Wifi is also available and with good quality so I could also work a bit. We were helped by Gábor who ensured a pleasant and efficient stay.

During the night trains passing by constantly. As the main room has no sound insulation and the apartment is very close to the main train line if you are a light sleeper this can be an issue. It would be also nice to have curtains or window blinds, shutters that could block the light in the morning. In addition watch out which apartment you book as only the main, bigger house has access to the garden pool.

Poloha apartmanu je velmi vyhodna, je relativne blizko do centra, aj na pesiu zonu a aj na volnu-neplatenu plaz. Apartman je velmi pekne nafoteny, ale realita je trošku ina. Kuchynka je dobra, vybavenost priemerna, chybala napr. rychlovarna kanvica, zopar riadu navyse by tiez neuskodilo. Jedalenska cast v podstate vyhovujuca. Posedenie vonku pri vsetkej skromnosti staci, priestor pred app na nejake loptove hry, ci begbinton OK.

Priestor je mensi ako sa zda na foto, hlavna obyvacia cast je absolutne bez ulozneho priestoru, cistota piemerna, na oknach pavuciny, atd...Spalna je malinka, zlý matrac, omietnute ako v chlieviku. Jedina skrina celeho app je v tejto izbičke, pre 4 osoby absolutne nevyhovujuce. Kupelna je okrem umyvadla stara, u mna absolutne minus celeho pobytu aj so spalnou.
