Mala Garden Design Hotel

We stayed in late September during the off-season and really enjoyed our time. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and practical, with plenty of storage space. The design was warm, elegant, and functional. We loved the in-room hot tub, and essentials like reliable air conditioning and hot water were flawless. The staff provided great service and fulfilled every request promptly. At breakfast, we appreciated the quality coffee served directly to the table and the complimentary, high-standard à la carte egg dishes made to order. Even though it was off-season, the hotel did not feel deserted at all—it was peaceful and relaxing. The spa was particularly well-maintained, warm, clean, and inviting.

The breakfast buffet variety was quite limited, particularly for vegetarians or anyone who prefers fresh vegetables in the morning. Additionally, while some items looked visually impressive (such as the display cakes), they fell short on taste. The drinks at the lobby bar in the evening were also disappointing and felt like little effort went into preparing them. The massages were very disappointing. My wife booked two separate massages with two different therapists and was thoroughly dissatisfied with both sessions.

Close to highway. Parking. Restaurant next to hotel.

We had 26 Celsius in room during the night. Opening of balcony wasn’t possible because too many mosquitos. Air conditioning didn’t work. I contacted receptionist many times. But no solution. Nobody took care about us. We couldn’t sleep well.

Everything was top

Staff is very polite and helpful, it makes the stay exemptionally. Also the rooms are nice and clean, location is perfect. The kitchen is amazing, food is fresh, various and delicious! Massage and the free glass of champagne during the afternoon is just great! We pick this hotel, as it is pet friendly, and really thinks on our little friend! However the overall experience is outstanding, and we will return again!
