Staff is very polite and helpful, it makes the stay exemptionally. Also the rooms are nice and clean, location is perfect. The kitchen is amazing, food is fresh, various and delicious! Massage and the free glass of champagne during the afternoon is just great! We pick this hotel, as it is pet friendly, and really thinks on our little friend! However the overall experience is outstanding, and we will return again!

Amazing feel about the hotel calm and relaxing. Fantastic staff. Two great restaurants. This is our second stay and hopefully there will be more.

Great location, nice SPA, good breakfast including à la carte pancakes, eggs.
Shower (should replace curtain with glass); room is a little small for the price. Breakfast - items are not replaced during the full duration so if you come late you will miss item (cakes, variety of bread etc). Would be nice to have some kayaks / SUP/ bikes for hire.

It is kept immaculate. It is right on the lake. Even on a windy, rainy, cold day there was a pool for the kids and felt amazingly welcome. The staff was fantastic from the welcome drinks to all of the services! We couldn’t be happier with this stay!
