The Staff was super friendly, the location was extremely close to the train station and the city centre and really just a few minutes' walk from the beach, so that I could get around easily. There was a coffee machine which was a nice touch.

Absolutely amazing location, very comfortable big room with big comfy bed and very friendly staff.

The host was very nice and helpful. The accomodation is also really clean.

Terrace and garden were very nice. Affordable price and walkable distance from train station and beach.

I had read some complaints about the service before staying here, and unfortunately, I have to agree—it's the biggest issue with this place. It's hard to believe that check-in and check-out rely on guests being able to make a phone call, especially considering many international travelers won’t have a European SIM card. What’s worse is that this isn’t mentioned at the time of booking, so there's no way to prepare in advance. I even sent multiple messages through the booking app—once to inform them of my expected check-in time, and later to say I was ready to check out but couldn’t find anyone at reception or anywhere in the hotel. No one ever responded. When staff did show up, they acted as if guests were a nuisance—barely 30 seconds of interaction before disappearing again. I had a few questions, but the staff member vanished before I could ask anything. And if you need assistance at any other time? Good luck finding someone. They advertise free coffee, but when I went to get some, the machine was out of water, and again—no staff in sight to help. The rooms themselves are quite dated. When I opened the window, there were people smoking right outside, which made the room unpleasant. It was also very noisy—people constantly going up and down the stairs, and the rooms have poor sound insulation. Poor wifi.
