Dream vacation

Everything! Beautiful , clean apartment . One can tell owners put a lot of care maintaining the place; no musty smell, which is so common in DR due to humidity. Every little detail is thought through. The grounds are very well taken care off, garden is very lush. The location is 2 min away from the beach, with a coffee house right next door, a store, an ATM within a 10-15 min walk. The hosts, Tom and Rene, are super friendly, always there to help. The maintenance staff, Ramon and (sorry, don’t remember the lady’s name), are very thorough. I am not surprised people make it their home and stay there for years.:) I wish I could too.:) Almost forgot, the Wifi is the super reliable and fast. I worked remotely for a few days with no problems whatsoever!

A peaceful home in paradise

Very well located in Bahia Arena, the Residence has everything you need just a stroll away. The apartment had everything I needed, the people managing the property were absolutely fantastic and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for an awesome stay. Plenty of activities to do even if you are not a Kite Surfer, from kayaking the river to an awesome day out paint-balling, ask for tips to make the most of your stay!

The Perfect Holiday

Starting from pick at the airport by taxi sent it was an amazing experience. Perfect location very helpful staff and great neighbours. Wonderful pool and also close to beach for swims and walks.

Superb

From the beginning before we even arrived the staff was helpful and communicative. Answered all our questions. On arrival it was great. The room was clean and ready for us. The facilities are really good, you have places to eat nearby but you also have everything if you would like to bring your things and cook. The place was a comfortable and brilliant location for our interest. If you are kitesurfing you can walk to the beach with your equipment. If you are not into that you can walk to the beach or enjoy the pool at the residence. I really liked the location because you can walk on the street to the town or even better use the beach to walk and access the restaurants on the beach or in town. This place is safe and clean. It was a great stay we would definitely come back to Bahia residence!!

Such a welcoming place. Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is great.

The staff are fantastic. It’s a perfect place for a solo traveller trying to relax and rediscover kite surfing. The grounds / garden is super nice and the little hammock area near the beach is amazing for yoga / chill out.

The only thing is the noise from the road. I’m a light sleeper and the traffic noise kept me awake, even with ear plugs. Maybe not a problem for others. I would have like led the “spa” hot tub to be hot to recover from kiting.

Great place to stay in Cabarete!

This is a quiet, well-kept place a short walk from the beach. The owner Renee welcomed us upon arrival and walked us to our apartment. She is very attentive and friendly, the place is clean and well kept, and they accept pets. The units are big enough for a couple, and all appliances worked as expected. Great stay. This is the second time we stay here and will come back.

Great beach stay for Family of five including infant

Two bedroom apartment was perfect with a large living room, nice balcony and two attractive bathrooms. Short walk to the beach. Safe and secure. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Host was easily available and provided helpful advice for our vacation stay. Highly recommended

Quiet place. Comfortable suite had everything super beds.1 min walk to beach. Has gated entrance and 3 guards on property. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Beautiful beach . This is a tourist area if you want peace and quite this is a really nice place to relax. Restaurants within 5 to 7 min walk or order in. Kitchen if you like to prepare your meals. Would return again. Not a party place. Loved it.

Would be nice to have fresh coffee service at property for guests. You could walk on beach about a 7 min walk.

Perfect location, great staff, enjoyable stay.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries, shops. They offer several amenities, and deliver right to your front door! Beautiful pool and beach! Tom, the property manager is super nice and helpful.

The tv was not a smart TV. It’s hard for us “older” guests to watch Netflix, etc on our little phone screens. The apartment was great, but it is definitely tiny. I might have a hard time staying there long term.

Perfect spot for kiters with 2 minute walk to private beach access.

In safe gated community, apartment clean and comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi. Management outstanding and go out of their way to be helpful. Easy parking. Beach access short walk with grassy area that is secure for leaving an extra board or kite while on the water.

Traffic from main road can be loud at times with trucks or motorbikes.
