Perfect location!
Really need to wait a lot for the elevator. At least 10-20 minutes on peak hours.

Perfect location to prime spots. Shops, restos, parks, ferry, mtr, and bus terminals. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Forex is on the ground floor.
Nothing much aside from small elevator (sometimes crowded and long queue), you need to take stairs from 8/10th floor.
