1. Most female staffs are nice. They tried their best to help me get the best room they couldn't find for my price.

1. The female receptionist, who is probably the only female in the front desk, is mean. She doesn't like customers to question her about facilities usage in the room or anything about service. The impression she gave me is to try to make customers look bad so she might get some kind of satisfied or she just could feel better herself. 2. The first room they gave me was bigger but the wash basin was leaking, which made brushing the teeth impossible to be done without wetting the shoes. It wasn't a big problem but the female receptionist didn't like it when I told her what was wrong in the room. 3. Everything in the second room was okay except for opening the door. They had this kind of door opener which was a piece of metal to slide in a crack of the knob. If you don't pay attention to look for the font or the back of the metal, the door will not open. For someone like me who never used such thing to open a door, the female receptionist was really getting a chance to make me look stupid. I was just happy to leave by the time I finished my stay with them.
