I read others review and I booked with fear.
It is a guest house … means is an apartment which the bedrooms was converted to hotel rooms… you have a bad , air conditioned, and half bathroom with shower. You must to understand what do you book .
You have towel and shower gel .
I will recommend blanket to have a sheet … I am not convinced they are washed after every quest .

Located in center of Kowloon, good comfort do low price.
Very small room, but it is regular for this price in Kowloon. Confusing address - the correct address you are getting later, so od you don't check emails, you will be lost.

Good location, cheap option.
Staff changing their mind constantly about how long the baggage can be left at the reception after the check-out. Bags are not secured, just left on the corridor between the rooms.
