We had an absolutely wonderful stay with excellent food, a beautiful and well-equipped wellness area, and exceptionally

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel truly at home. The extra programs were excellent, and the food was simply outstanding — every evening we enjoyed a four- to six-course dinner with amazing flavors. The wellness area was beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt extremely well taken care of. We truly enjoyed every moment.

The perfect retreat in a lovely family run hotel

A wonderful family run hotel where they make you feel like one of the family when you stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms. The natural pool with the cows in the background was wonderful and a great spa. Close enough to the larger towns but also far enough away to feel like a peaceful retreat.

Was one of the more expensive hotels of our trip but the staff made it worth it

Lovely stay in the Dolomites

Very nice family-run hotel. Beautifully renovated historic place, nice natural pond outside, rooms were big and internet connection was good, also hotel staff/owners provided great hiking tips and were very friendly, both dinner and breakfast were great.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, largely due to the hospitality of this family run hotel.

In short everything was wonderful. The breakfast, the dinners we also had were tasty and well prepared. Evelyn and her family and staff were charming and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were roomy with lovely views. This hotel was a highlight of our 5 week long travels in Italy. We would love to return.

Cleanliness, excellent room service, friendly hotel staff, calm location, interior of rooms and amenities renovated and in excellent condition, right next to ski bus stop with few minutes ride to Monte Elmo/Helm ski resort and San Candido town, sunny location with nice view, pleasant cuisine, family hotel atmosphere with individual approach.

Entspannter Wanderurlaub in wunderschönem, familiengeführten Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Perfekt, entspannt, herzlich, persönlich, nachhaltig - es war wirklich toll! Ich habe in einem Hotel noch sie auf einer so guten Matratze geschlafen, glaube ich. Das Abendessen mit Salatbüffet und Dreigangmenü war richtig gut, abwechslungsreicher und dabei bodenständiger und mit weniger Chichi, als ich es in anderen Südtiroler Hotels schon erlebt habe. Auf die Weinempfehlungen sollte man ruhig eingehen... Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich mit Liegen in der Nachmittagssonne (draußen und drinnen).

Alles war wunderbar, nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten einem bewusst sein: So ein Schwimmteich hat richtig angehmes Wasser, aber glitschige Seitenwände, an denen man sich nicht gut abstoßen kann - es wird eher Schwimmen im Kreis als Bahnenschwimmen, falls man das möchte. Der Bus in Winnebach fährt wenige Laufminuten vom Hotel entfernt ab, aber nur Richtung Innichen - wenn man mit dem Bus zu Wanderungen gelangen will, muss man auf alle Fälle in Innichen umsteigen.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Il personale è stato eccellente, sempre cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, curato nei dettagli e davvero gustoso, perfetto per concludere la giornata in modo piacevole. L’ambiente è rilassato e accogliente, ideale sia per una breve vacanza che per un soggiorno più lungo. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un’esperienza confortevole e ben organizzata: tornerò sicuramente!

Nytt och modernt med super trevlig personal och mycket bra service. Kunnig personal i allt vad gäller området och skidåkning. Maten var mycket god och en fin relax avdelning Hit kommer vi gärna igen.
