Super friendly hosts in a lovely updated pension managed by the same family for decades

Close to the Schlosskopfbahn and a lech bus stop which make traveling anywhere in Lech/Zurs super easy. The daily breakfast is excellent and I strongly recommend paying for the breakfast.

Dinner dining options around Lech are very limited without a reservation.

Excellent. I'm hoping to return for a trail running holiday in the summer.

The breakfast buffet was great with all of the usual options plus eggs cooked to your preference and a never ending supply of hot fresh coffee. The proprietors also make their own artisan cheeses using local milk.

Excellent resort but it is pricey.

Our accommodation was really good and Annette was an excellent host and helped with booking restaurants etc. The breakfast was first class and the range of food was amazing - wide range of cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit and bread. You could also have a cooked breakfast. there was tea and cake after skiing everyday and it was delicious. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable and the ski room was excellent.

Excellent in every way

The proprietress and her family were very friendly, personal and helpful. We were given help with a piece of luggage (which had been sent ahead and kindly stored at the hotel for our arrival), given excellent advice on where to get the PCR test with the proper timing before our flight home (not necessarily easy in a small village) and given a real feeling of welcome. Even though we were the only guests for breakfast on one of the mornings, it was beautifully prepared and presented. Much pride was put into every detail, actually, from breakfast to afternoon coffee or tea (with homemade cakes that could be enjoyed on the large terrace) to each detail in the furnishing of the hotel. Our room was big with lots of storage space, comfortable beds and a terrific balcony with lovely view of the village and the quiet valley. The bath was deep and comfortable. A bathrobe was provided. The frosted glass on the bathroom door was not something I am used to but we experienced it at a number of hotels this trip. The walk to the center of town was short and easy. There were many good restaurants to choose from there. The Covid tests were done by a mobile unit (check the schedule) at the Sport Center which was very close by. We were told that the local doctor could also do the testing. We stayed a number of nights after completing the Lechweg. We hope very much to return again!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. Das Frühstück war üppig, wunderbarer selbstgemachter Käse und würzige Wurst.
