All the facilities were excellent
Garden and pool very nice
We had an issues with getting onto remote access after hours
We were not arriving until midnight and waited at least half an hour for answer, then the operator cuild not get the door to open. We had to wake up the grounds person to let us in. Once in we cuold get our key ok

I liked that it has a full kitchen, 2x bathrooms, hot tub
We had to access our room via the stairs (with a lot of heavy suitcases and small children this was troublesome)

Great spot, super spacious hotel and relatively quiet considering the location.
Slightly dated, but that's reflected in the price. The walls also looked like they had attempted to be cleaned haphazardly.

Easy to find
The carpet, rug, cushions and dining chairs need a good clean. Many stains and looks unkept. The dining chair with the “pinecone” sitting on it still hasn’t been fixed when we stayed there 9 months ago.
The dishwasher and the skillets to cook on were dirty and looked like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. The foil in the grill and oven had been used and not replaced. The carpet in the lounge room has many stains and looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. One and a half rolls of toilet paper for 6 people!!! 😳🙄😬
