    To whom it may concern , I write to you with expressions of disappointment and frustration. My niece and i were due to be checking in on the 8th of July 2026 at 23:45pm. After realising that our arrival was going to be late I contacted hotel management and explained my situation , i was then assured by management that upon arrival i was to contact one if the three phone numbers and was assured someone would come and check me in , but to no avail even after contacting the numbers more than 4-5 times. It is disappointing and concerning that my mother a 74 year old who has rheumatic and anxiety issues and my cousin had to sit in the foyer area which they only got into by another guest letting them in . They were then invited by the same guests into their room to wait till 6am when someone arrived. I would like this matter taken serious and my mother be apologised to and taken care of with exemplary service and I would like to see a form of compensation for the stress my mother and cousin were put under before i take this matter higher.     We were happy with the location. 5 minutes to parks, CBD and transport which was 50 cents (an extra bonus). Accommodation suited us and was clean.

    Was harassed on Christmas Eve by a uber driver while I khans access with my children are they are in care due to family break down and reception even sided with the driver it ruined my whole stay
