The friendly staff, the quiet and spacious property. Our stay was amazing. We loved every minute of it.

Nothing it was amazing!

Room: 2, beach front villa Pros: Stunning location right on the beach. Our 2 bedroom villa (Jepan) overlooked ocean and had amazing views. Bed feels old but was comfortable enough. The grounds around the 14 villas are beautifully maintained though watch out for stray dogs that are not being tendered to by their owners walking on the beach. Drinks in mini bar well priced. All the staff are very friendly and eager to please despite not always getting things as you requested. Special mention to Kadek who helped us out on day 1 and day 3 with our bags and for Media for arranging a payment refund. The villa was very spacious and had a beautiful private pool that stayed warm all day. Heaps of pool chairs and table/ chairs for eating. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need except food. Hotel well located close to the small range of local restaurants. Overall: Probably one of the best places to stay in North West Bali.

Cons: Room is dated (built in 2006), TV doesn't work so we had to get someone in to assist then they could only get YouTubeand Netflix, only 1 bottle of water is provided per person per day (other than large aqua water bottle), no toiletries provided other than a bar of soap, no slippers, no robes, no moisturiser no shower cap, etc. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars at best. Ordered breakfast to have at room as we had to go out snorkelling early on day 2 and they mucked up order which was disappointing. Spa does well priced massages but not very strong so only go if you want a relaxing massage that doesn't hit the muscles hard. Fridge quite dirty with mould. Rubbish bin in kitchen was not emptied from previous occupants. Beach out the front seems to gather rubbish from ocean despite staff doing their best to keep it clean. Fridge didn't work very well, especially the crisper - I think it heated the food! Hotel near a mosque, so you hear the call to prayer regularly.

Private swimming pool

Coffee no good. Filter coffee was standing by and getting old. Maybe I should have asked for better coffee and pay for it. If that is possible.

The 3rd villa we tried was good .nice place to relax.

The beach was FULL of rocks and stones. I couldn't get in and I saw raw sewage. There was very little sand. The area around the beach chairs was dirty with broken cobblelock. The chairs themselves were filthy. Coffee for an americo was very expensive.
