Loved the staff and the happy positive vibe.
Special mention to Stefani who gave us many favourable recommendations during our stay. She is a valued member of staff and we really enjoyed getting to know her. Aside from her Balinese language she is also fluent in English and German. Also Yoga , Dikka and David were standouts with customer service.
Rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable.
Great location and loved the restaurant on the beach for Sunset drinks and dinner.

- Rooms were clean and spacious.
- Very comfortable and relaxing
- breakfast was good
- free shuttle service to various locations
- free inclusive water sports!
- sink in the bathroom was too high for my children (7 and 10yo) to reach. It was inconvenient when they have to brush teeth or wash their hands.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is quiet and perfect for relaxing.
If you’re traveling with kids, I think 2–3 days is enough to enjoy Lovina. Don’t miss the early morning dolphin tour—it was the highlight of our visit!
