Amazing place

Perfect place for short&long stay. The rooms were clean and well equiped. The staff was friendly&helpfull. Really god location - not in the city center but close to every “must have” point at AUH map.

It's ok for 1 night stay

It was clean, and the room was big and well organized

There's no parking and you can struggle a loooot to find an slot to park in the area. At night there's a lot of noise coming from outside and as well from inside the hotel. It can be an issue if you tend to awakening easily

Cleanliness was good except one minor thing

Room arrangement and furniture, white goods. High speed WiFi.

Normal TV only with few channels, not smart TV. Room all lights set to one switch, Except pantry lights and table lamps. Shower with too much hot water, couldn't get normal temperature water.

Clean, cheap and good service. The staff members could be more welcoming.

1. No parking available in the area due to traffic and residents. 2. No vallet service when its needed 3. I came to the hotel earlier for check-in without carrying ID, but I had it digitally since we living in 2025 in UAE and they did not accept it and made me come back later with the ID to proceed the check in procedures even though I gave the details needed. This side should be improved. 4. Very noisy staying because the hotel is located on the main road, unless you book for higher floor which is only 9 floors, I had mine at 8 and still I heard sounds.

perfect. worth our money

The room is spacious, including the bed. kitchen utensils are complete. bed is comfortably soft. room is clean including the linens.

No slippers, the floor is cold. No kitchen shears, though it's understandable. For us foreign visitors who own different types of chargers, there are no available adapters for the wall sockets (I did not ask the reception if there are available, by the way)

Location was very good. Walking distance to AL Wahda Mall and near by good restaurants and super markets Place was clean and staff were polite and accomodating.

The doors creaking when opened and closed was very annoying. Need to attend to this.

Everything. Smells, dirty, NO PARKING you will spend hours looking for parking. Noisy. Gym is a joke

Good value for money

The hotel was good value for the money we paid. The staff did all they could to help. For example, the receptionist made all the photocopies I needed and made sure we could take passport pics as soon as the photographer opened the door around 8 AM. We discovered a leak from the air-conditioner, and the staff moved us immediately to a good room. If I had wanted an upgrade, they would've given it to me (I overheard them on the phone). Since my wife was already settled and happy, there was no need for that. In short, would I go back? Yes, sure.

The breakfast was definitely not worthwhile. The staff was friendly, but if I had bought my breakfast in the tea shop next door, it wouldn't have been much worse. I presumed that since we could cook in the studio, the management might not concentrate on providing a variegated (non-Indian) breakfast. As a result of the cooking, the corridors smelled of food - nothing major, though, but wives pay attention to things like that. :-)

good location, very convinient to move around by bus. Central station very close. Very comfortable bed, had a good sleep :) Apartment was cleaned every day.

We booked because this place has kitchen as well, but unfortunately the equipment is very poor. From the list the provide, they had only pan (who was damaged already), no pots, and also we had to buy dish liquid, they do not provide as well as towels for kitchen. Otherwise no complaints.

MapsMe has this hotel in wrong location. Address given in booking.com. doesn't exist. No-one answered phone when I got someone to ring and try and find location. Provide a kitchenette but no detergent or cloth or towel Will do your dishes for you for about $US20 a day..No thanks.
