Spacious suite (received an upgrade), excellent housekeeping. Location was good for us as we want3d to be a little out of the city centre to avoid the traffic to Circuitous Chico / walks. Good breakfast; helpful staff; very warm.
Shower access was very difficult as it was over the spa bath (which was on a platform up 3 steps).

The room was coherently decorated, view from the suite was nice, the property is outdated but pleasant.
Very outdated, dirty windows (when you choose a suite overlooking the lake you expect to see it well), noise from the street, lacking touches of luxury I would have expected. The spa is very basic.
