Atenção da equipe do hotel, todos muito gentis e atenciosos, quarto agradavel, cama confortavel, ducha boa. Silencio muito bom, com uma vista razoavel da natureza ao redor.
Esperava que o hotel oferecesse maios opções de lazer por se considerar um "resort". Fica longe da cidade, sem nada a fazer por perto, sendo necessario ter um carro. O cafe da manha e refeições no hotel igualmente deixaram a desejar por se tratar de um hotel 4 estrelas

Todo! La ambientación, la ubicación y la idea de estar rodeado de un bosque.
La relación perfecta entre Comodidad/Natulareza.
Nos atendieron excelente, la limpieza un lujo, los amenities, la cama ultra cómoda, el baño súper limpio, personal de maestranza y recepción super correctos.
El desayuno excelente, Resto Las Copas también!
Los horarios de piletas como por poner algo, llegábamos tarde y tal vez nos hubiera podido disfrutarla un poco más tarde del horario de cierre.
