Anacapri Holiday Resort Apartments

Great spot near tram line and near beach. Huge room with lots of furniture. Plenty of warm blankets and pillows. Tennis court was fun for us to play tennis. Spa and sauna and pool were pretty good - spa and sauna need repairs though.

We could have used a few extra towels but when we asked they said they don’t provide them so we only had 1 towel each, and 2 floor mat towels. No hand towels , face washers or tea towels are provided. No tea & coffee in the room. The balcony doors are jammed and don’t seal properly so the room is noisy from the road outside and building works going on outside.

Location is ideal. Beds are comfortable. Hot water supply is excellent.

Can only speak for the one apartment. Patio door locks - one works, the other doesn't even after an obviously incompetent repair. Fridge door handle is broken, sharp edges, and cabinet is very worn. TV cabinet / chipboard frame is swollen and soft. The coffee table fell apart due to swelling and wear. Very dirty floors with only an equally dirty broom, banister brush, and dust pan. No bucket or mop. Onus is on user to supply kitchen detergent and laundry. No initial supply. I had to insert packing between glass table top and legs before it was usable. Candles would out perform room lights. No spare rolls of toilet paper.

Place had a beautiful view and the decor in the apartment was very nice, 360 degree views. Will definitely stay here again. Had great parking at the bottom and was very close to the water and everything. Everyone was very friendly.

Would have been nice to have some basic amenities like some coffee & the water was cold when I had a shower around 2-3pm'ish on a Friday which I thought was a weird time for it to be cold but I guess everyone in the building was showering at the same time.
