good room for a couple or a small family. Close to shops and restaurants. Lot of food options outside the hotel

Should have been a bathroom mat. Room used to get wet from wet feet after using the bathroom.

Property was very affordable. This is a very good place for budget travelers in Singapore. We can expect minimum condition in a budget hotel. That we understood. We stayed 5 nights. After 3rd day, we have been shifted to another room since AC was not working properly. However, hotel staff quickly attended and changed our room. Windows cannot be opened for a security reason. That's what we have been informed after we inquired about reserving window access rooms. 650 meters away from the closest MRT station EW 9. This is bit of challenging if you travel with elders who have physical fitness concerns. Best thing was we had access to nearby restaurants.

It could have been better if the hotel can arrange bell boy service. Many of the staff were very friendly. However, there was a front office mail staff who did our check-in on the day 1 and we haven't received a warm welcome. We understand sometimes that some of the services may vary due to staff's attitudes. Other than this particular incident, we did not have any other bad situation with the staff.

Tidy at a very lively location next to restaurants and fun places. The security is awesome and availbility of train, taxi, and bus transport close by. The workers and receptionists are all awesome, kind, and very responsive. I remember Zilah and Amirah, among others, but all were amazing people. Will definitely stay here anytime I am in Singapore.

The staff was friendly. The MRT was not too far. A lot of food options nearby that were open 24 hours. Aircon worked well.

The toiletries provided were a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to buy your own hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash as there isn’t any provided. There also isn’t a mini fridge so you can’t really keep drinks cool. The price was cheaper compared to other hotels but I think it’s still a bit too high for what’s provided.
