Charming location in a quiet leafy square. Short walk to Kings Cross

Location good, 10 mins walk to St Pancras/Kings Cross Quiet crescent although area buzzing with students. Staff friendly and helpful Lovely room with 2 windows overlooking gardens. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.
4 flights of narrow stairs, handrail needed repairs. My husband’s shoulder brushed against TV on wall each time he walked around the bed. Not sure about security of luggage when left as this depended upon the honesty of other travellers as all were stacked up together in the breakfast room

Location, check-in staff.
While I understand prices in central London, price was steep at £93.00 for the tiniest room ever. Felt weird with bed so close to room door which opened directly onto stairs.
