Lovely room, comfy bed, good location, nice sturdy fan.
Unresolved safe issues. No hot water on my second night. Bathroom sink felt clogged. The staff was remote and absent. The street-level front window is nice and wide and can't be seen-through during the day, but take care to unfold the curtains at night.

I liked how easy the check in process was with digital codes. I liked how comfortable my room was. The location is perfect for visiting the city and close to great transport. My room was also very clean

Lovely building, great location, tasteful room.
There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the safe didn’t work. I asked for help with the safe but staff are remote the problem wasn’t fixed while I was there.
