Large garden, grove with an area of 2500 square meters. All protected and closed.

-Five rooms with double bed, two optional beds in two of the rooms.
-Living room.
-Two full bathrooms inside and a service outside.
-Outdoor wooden porch.
-Corridor / terrace.
It has different services:
-Grill for charcoal or wood.
-Gas barbecue.
-A dining room outside grill area.
-Heating.
-Four televisions.
-Wifi.
The kitchen has a modern equipment with all necessary utensils such as cutlery, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, iron, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender and coffee maker.
Villa Paula has a good geographical situation with departures for all directions. Close to the coasts and different beaches. Also to the main urban centers (Avilés, Oviedo, Gijón).
In the area they have different activities to do such as hiking, surfing, horse riding, and others.

Casa muy equipada. No le falta de nada. El propietario estuvo atento en todo momento y la comunicacion fue en todo momento muy buena.

El jardín es aún más bonito si cabe que en las fotos. En general pasamos un gran fin de semana y sin duda cuando tengamos la posibilidad repetiremos. También destacar el trato del dueño, quien fue muy amable enseñándome la casa previamente y en todo el proceso posterior.
