La ubicación y el apartamento en general.
El ascensor tenía un sonido muy raro ,el wifi no funcionaba y no tuvimos solución, la terraza tenía un montón de arañas en los barrotes las cuales les tengo fobia.

Nuevo, limpio, muy actualizado.... Para pocos días es idóneo.
Ascensor lento y ruidoso, mucho ruido a la noche, ya que teníamos que abrir ventanas, porque no tiene aire acondicionado y hay un bar enfrente y hasta que cierre hay ruido....
