Location.
1) parking space is tiny. Consider wadiming it.
2) The air frishner in the lobby smells terible.
3) Consider providing more supplies of tea & coffee bags And drinking water.
4) Provide more dirctions signs leadimg to the Lobby area and the rooms.

Location, friendly staff.
Constant waiting for elevarot, always full. Not safe hotel in care of emergency. Dont choose this hotel if you have a stroller with you.
