    I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience on May 27, 2026. My friend and I stayed at this hotel hoping to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience and a waste of money. The only positive experience we had was with the security guard, who was very approachable and helpful. When we arrived, he even assisted us by carrying our luggage. The food at the restaurant was also good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. However, here are the issues we encountered at Residence Inn: 1. Reception Staff The receptionist assigned to us was not approachable and came across as rude. Instead of making us feel welcome, he made the check-in process stressful. 2. Elevators We had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes for an elevator because only two elevators were working. 3. Room Cleanliness When we entered our room, the bed sheets did not seem clean. They even had an unpleasant smell, making us feel as though they had not been changed before our arrival. 4. Bathroom Condition The bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet was dirty, with noticeable black stains, and it appeared that it had not been properly flushed or cleaned. 5. Air Conditioning Although the air conditioning was turned on, the room remained warm and uncomfortable throughout our stay, even during the night and the following morning. 6. Swimming Pool We were excited to use the swimming pool, but we were disappointed to find that it was quite small for such a large building. In addition, several men were sitting around the pool area without swimming and appeared to be watching other guests. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, so we decided not to swim. Overall, our stay was very disappointing, and we did not receive the level of cleanliness, comfort, and service that we expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

    Elevator waiting time was bit too much and i didnt see enough seriousness given by team to sort out this matter in spite of repeated requests. Overall it was value for money all the way except the one i mentioned.

    2 of the 4 lifts in the hotel are not working. No improvement in the scenario in last 3 months when I last stayed here. Average waiting time for the lift is 10 to 15 minutes
