⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Home 1 - LUMES Boutique Hotel. The room was beautifully presented, clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The portable air conditioning unit was a welcome addition and made the room during the heat. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of Vienna’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport. Despite being so central, the hotel was wonderfully quiet once inside, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Daily room servicing was also excellent and ensured the room remained spotless throughout my stay.

Location was great in the heart of Vienna, easy to walk around as well very close to the Subway station.
Was a bit disappointed with the room at first but Gomana was super helpful and helped out immediately with a new room that met all my requirements.

Perfect location.
The property is so tired. Te room, especially bathoom was diety with hair. Water problems - the pressure and there was hot water only, impossible to use. The shampoo/soap. Empty.
