The location was perfect. The guest house is right in the centre of the City beside the Cathedral.
Breakfast is not included but there are lots of places to eat very close by.
There is a large room on the 4th floor with tables and chairs and a microwave for common use.
It felt safe and clean and was comfortable. No frills, but was perfect for our group for one night. I would book it again.
Underground station just a 3 minute walk away.
The building is the HQ for a Catholic Religious order, so expect a few crosses, photos etc.
There is a coffee machine in reception to buy coffee but no tea/coffee making in the room which would have been a bonus before heading to the airport.

Location & clean
Very hard to locate the hotel. Finding the property was challenging enough but then within the building, not easy. Thankful the desk was staffed and they helped us over the phone.
Not an easy check out if you need to leave before 7am.
