Great location. Great breakfast. Nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful, and quickly changed our room when we had a problem. Even the church bells were perfect for an alarm. Great place. Thank you
No air conditioning. Apart from that, when our toilet broke, the staff were super helpful on a Sunday evening to give us a different room. Thank you.

We liked the family friendly nature of the property as well as the quiet suburban location. The basic cooking amenities were sufficient for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The price for the room was also very reasonable.
The property is located a bit away from the city centre. This makes getting to and from various attractions in the city a bit difficult, especially with kids and using public transport. There is both an U-Bahn and a tram station very close to the property but they can get very crowded at times.
Some basic cooking essentials like oil and salt also would have been very helpful. Granted you can definitely buy these from the several grocery stores nearby but for a short stay, it would be a bit wasteful.

-excellent metro access to the city center
- excellent accessibility by car from the highway from Rosenheim (Salzburg, Innsbruck)
- simple late check-in through a kiosk
- weaker Wi-Fi in the room (especially during peak times)
- Parking around the area on the street isn’t exactly easy (this isn’t a complaint, just a heads-up to consider the hotel garage)
