Spectacular views of the mountains all around. Location right across the train station and walking distance to everything.

Breakfast was superb and overthetop with choices and quality; staff went over and above to make sure we were having a good time and accomodate us; they made us feel so welcome; loved the room and space; nice atmosphere

the beds were a bit harder than I am used to; I woke up with a back ache

- Good location right next to the train station. - wait staff and porters were very friendly, helpful and professional

- Horrible rooms. We were given a “forest view” room that basically overlooked a loading dock despite paying prices that were for the view of the Eiger - rooms were very warm and no air conditioning - rooms kept losing power thrice and staff had no explanation other than saying “something is loose” - charged us extra even though our room was fully paid through booking.com

This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.

There is nothing in particular that I would point out as disappointing.

Location by train station; porter met me at the station. Amazing service & staff was excellent

Not your fault, but perhaps staff should check on the pool area -some guests were disruptive, even dangerous and misused the area & other guests. Breakfast was average but the coffee and service were excellent

Our stay in Murren was exceptional. Everything, from the moment we arrived, was perfection!! The female owner spent a significant amount of time ensuring we had all of our plans laid out and made the most of our time there. It was incredibly clean, tremendous amenities and amazing service. One of a kind stay!

The ONLY thing I wish had been different was finding out there was champagne available that was included in the cost for the amazing breakfast sooner the last day :-)

The location and views were fantastic. The spa and pool facilities were amazing especially for such a small town and resort.

Great view, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing massage. Might be nice to limit children’s access to the pool in the evening.

Everything was lovely especially the heated swimming pool and sauna.

The queen size bed was really two separate twin beds together. Should be one mattress for the price you pay on the room. Their was so little airflow in room 619, it should just come with a couple fans.

The hotel was lovely, the views absolutely incredible, but it was the desk and breakfast staff that blew us away with their friendliness! Champagne breakfast with all sorts of continental options, and excellent coffee! Large rooms, hotel porter to fetch you from the gondola, beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna area and a very good restaurant. Parked at Stechelberg and it cost $20 for two nights, the gondola costs $11 from Stechelberg to Murren. Highly recommend walking down to Grimmelberg from Murren, only about 3km and on a small tarred road but stunning views. Gondola from Grimmelberg to Stechelberg then only $6.

We.came with my dog and they treated us very well. They had put a bed in the room and a bowl. They would prepare an table and the lounge for us so we can eat with him.
