Excellent location, as in walking distance of the Dome, walking distance of old city shopping, 5 min from Koln main station, safe area.
Room was just nice, and I have been allocated a spacious room.
Location, staff, especially Mr. Hasan who first met me.

The best that it near to the city centre
The personal was not good from one boy there also a problem of the doors that when you are sleeping you can hear all the doors next and on the the level above you when they get opened and closed
