The first premium luxurious condo in Puteri Harbour to be completed for your enjoyment. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 single bed, 2 movable mattresses for 6persons.
Our premium guest have access to the gym and pool on the fourth floor. Two car parks are available. You can visit the sky park on the 35th floor to have an exhilarating view of the whole Puteri Harbour and Medini Iskandar.
You have access to internet broadband WiFi, the 50m lap pool the gym the games room and the kids play room. Excellent condo facilities.
We can have whats apps and email communications after you book. Checking in and out times are flexible at the big gorgeous Lobby sofa. Normally its 12pm but we can accommodate your timings.
The Neighborhood
The most premium waterfront area to stay in Iskandar Malaysia. Scores of good restaurants are opened and within walking distant.
Getting Around
2014 Proton Exora Bold 7 seater MPV or 2015 Nissan Teana Luxury 5 seater RM200-250 per day to tour Johor, with self driving.
Causeway buses are just at the bus stop next to our apartment.
If you take a ferry boat to come from Indonesia or Singapore in future, you can just walk 5 minutes from Ferry Terminal CIQ to our Imperial.
Other Things to Note
Premium shampoo and shower gel, bath towels are given. Kettle, plates, bowls and premium culinary set are provided for induction cooking.
LED TVs are installed for you to receive Singapore and Malaysia channels.
Iron , ironing board, hair dryer and power shavers are available too.

I think the best always have single bed that also can be combined as king bed especially for those who came in are male, they will not likely to share bed to sleep when they are actually going for work, washing machine not provided therefore is difficult to take in long term rental px
