Vila Ventura Village

Localização top. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço tem imensa diversidade, ficámos muito satisfeitos. O quarto era espaçoso e bem cuidado.

Super séjour dans un établissement convivial et bien tenu.

Exceptionally ckean. Nice room with a little kitchen and a balcony with a partial sea view. The beds were fine and the bathroom and shower are good. The hotel has a very nice bar and restaurant - we ate there and had a lovely meal - it's popular with the general public too. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, as were the bar and restaurant staff. There is a mini supermarket and other restaurants just up the hill, so is well located

The loud music being played in the bar area. After dinner we asked for coffees but they never materialised! The location is quite hilly so wouldn't suit everyone (though was fine for us).

The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. They tried their best to solve the issues I had. The kitchens are decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies are nice, with good views. The restaurant area is pleasant place to sit in to relax any time during the day.

I had to move room on two occasions (1. Looking for better WiFi. 2. Kids shouting and screaming all evening/night) and all three rooms had ant infestations. The first one, in the bathroom and kitchen, the second one, the bathroom, the third one, in the fridge. It may be that it's an island problem. None of the three rooms provided me access to the WiFi. The signal doesn't get into the rooms and is only in the common areas such as the restaurant. Something to bear in mind for people who work remotely. I had to conduct an English class in the restaurant garden, which I did after it closed in the morning. I'd have given it a 7 but have to mark it down 1 due to providing safes in room but making people pay to use them. It costs nothing to provide the key. Safety and security shouldn't be considered a luxury.
