Location for this hotel is excellent, only a few minutes walk from southern cross station. The lady at reception was great, I was given a free upgrade to a room with a double size bed so that was good. TV works and wifi was fast. The room was very clean.
Unfortunately the main light switch did not work, I was not able to switch it on and was provided with two bed side lamps which did the job. A/C took a bit longer to work and heat up the room. Be aware the shower doors are quite narrow and the bathrooms are very small.

The room could have been bigger not sure about the studio room if they have bigger rooms.

Nice and close to the trains .
I’ve always like coming here booked heaps of times , this time the shower was cold no hot water , and when checking out told the guy behind counter and really couldn’t care less, really disappointing .
