    This hotel is our go to hotel whenever we stay in Melbourne. It's price is fair and cleanliness is great! Near tourist attractions and restaurants.

    The cleanliness of the room is kinda bad tbh, there is even hairs from the last guy on my bed. But the staff especially the probably Chinese male who speaks Australian is friendly. ****But be aware of the listings****, they fraud you with non-serviced rooms doesn't state that its non-serviced, pushing problems to 3-rd party booking platforms, while they argue not their problems.

    I stayed there for 3 nights with a toddler in a family room. It was a last minute deal as we needed accommodation last minute. The deal was for an unserviced family room. There are pros and cons. Pros - good deal - clean room - spacious room - comfortable bed and pillows - free packet chips! - great location, near tram and train stations - free wifi - smart tv - lots of power points for charging! Cons - couldn’t figure out self serve machine to check out - no free bottles of water - not enough tea bags dor 3 night stays. We only got provided 3 English breakfast tea bags but this is a family room and booking was for 3 people. - Wifi is not on secured network Overall, we were happy with our stay.

    I stayed in the room facing the atrium. I could hear the sound of doors closing on each floor from inside the room. In addition, the air conditioner was noisy, so I needed earplugs.
