    Friendly staff, Jack was very helpful. Location was convenient, with many nearby cafes and restaurants. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Sound proofing could be improved.

    The location was great, easy to get around. The staff were lovely. However, the room itself was not in great shape. The door was falling off the hinges so kept getting stuck, the shower drain was clogged so you had to have super speedy showers to avoid flooding the place, and on 2 occasions saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Considering I paid $250 AUD a night I expected way more.
