Major construction work next door starts at 7am. They are demolishing an old hotel and build a new one. I guess this will mean noise and dust for the next 12 to 18 months.

Cosy family-owned hotel in superior location

Hotel is located right behind the beach and close to the center. Our studio room was spacious with a modern bathroom and had a sunny balcony that we enjoyed during our stay. Breakfast offered a good choice, we liked in particular the home-made bread. Well-managed room cleaning - our room was always tidy when we came back from breakfast. Parking space right behind the hotel. The owner is very supportive in case you have any question. We will definitely come back again!

Our bathroom was slightly smelling from the drain. Nothing serious but might need a repair.

The room was very clean and attended to, which was a priority for us. The view was good. Nice TV for the rainy weather! wonderful mattress. Friendly receptionist.

I had missed the note that the room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Upside is exercise. The breakfast was negligible - due to the corona rules we could not have the meal at the restaurant, we needed to go to the room. We were given a tray but we were not given the option of what we would take (eg 2 croissants for 3 people) and the funny thing is - the employee promptly told us that we were required to bring the tray back right after eating. That was not really nice.

Alles war perfekt.

Der herzliche Empfang des Eigentümers. Die nette und freundliche Art mit der man auch jeden Morgen beim Frühstück vom Chef und seiner Mitarbeiterin begrüßt wurde. „Guten Morgen. Haben sie gut geschlafen? Ist alles in Ordnung…Handtücher, Betten…? Guten Appetit…lassen sie es sich schmecken. Zwischendurch wieder du Frage….ist alles in Ordnung? Schmeckt es ihnen? Brauchen sie noch etwas?“ Und zum Abschied „ich wünsche ihnen einen schönen Tag“ Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Die herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel Nordzee hat unseren Kurzurlaub über den Jahreswechsel zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Faas für die schönen Tage ☺️🙏🤗 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🤗

wir waren jetzt zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder

Klasse Früstücksbuffet und direkte hervorragende (keine 100m) zum Strand. Das Personal (Senior und Juniorchef) sowie die weiteren Angestellten waren absolut aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen einwöchigen Urlaub und haben uns dabei auch durch die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ansprechend inkl. Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts besonderes (Aufbackbrötchen, kleine Auswahl Aufschnitt, Spiegelei/Rührei, Saft, Kaffee etc.). Das Personal war freundlich.

Matratzen der Betten waren extrem weich. Der Safe kostet extra, Parkplätze ebenfalls. Keine Kulanz bzgl. Stornierung.

Schönes Studio mit Balkon und Meerblick. Kleine Küchenzeile komplett vorhanden. Parkplätze gegen Reservierung und Gebühr direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Entfernung zum Strand ca. 200 Meter. Unsere Koffer wurden ohne zu fragen vom Personal in die erste Etage zum Studio getragen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Beim Frühstück sehr kleines ( Kinder ) Besteck.

Alles in allem einfach & herzlich - wir kommen wieder 😀

Nette & aufmerksame Inhaber, die typisch niederländisch & entspannt ihr Haus führen. Die Wege zum Zentrum & Strand sind tatsächlich kurz. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ausreichend & lässt eine Eigenversorgung für mittags oder abends zu, zumal in der Nähe der AH Supermarkt mit tollen Produkten ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vollkommen ausreichend, sauber & lecker, um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Die Bettwäsche ist durch Verfärbungen optisch nicht ansprechend. Ferner weichen ein paar Dinge von den Angaben im Internet zur Realität ab. Der Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 10,00 € & im Internet wird mit Parkplatz kostenlos geworben. Bis 19H sollte die Rezeption besetzt sein; dass haben wir anders erlebt, da diese mitunter schon nachmittags geschlossen war. Spielte für uns jetzt keine Rolle, weicht aber auch von der Website ab. Leider war die Mikrowelle vom "Vorgänger" mit Tomate verunreinigt worden & nicht gereinigt, das sollte eigentlich nicht sein.
