Nice hotel in a heavily touristic area

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good air con. Fabulous breakfast!

Rain showers are great if you want to wash your hair. If you don't, you need a normal shower. There was another shower, but it was hand held at waist height. The room was clearly a disabled room, so apart from the waist high shower the toilet was exceptionally high - probably fine for Dutch people but not for shorter people! 🤣

Details in Domburg

The décor and specially designed details in the hotel are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant serves a small, but special menu prepared with care. The location is good, in the centre, however not quite beachfront if that's what you're looking for.

Breakfast felt a little basic for the price. They seemed to be working on the roof, so there was a lot of noise early in the mornings.

Tastefully renovated...

Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms with tasteful interior design and colours. Beds are super comfortable big TV screen and sunny terrace. In house car parking also available. Very nice property with central location to the village centre and the beach. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Some works were not finished like the wiring on the outside terrace (wires laying loose on the roof) and the provisional wooden box serving as a step to the terrace. Automatic door card system shuts off room access at 11 sharp on the check out date. Secured amount on CC was only released by the Hotel a few days after payment due to a software issue..

Just renewed!!!!

The hotel have been just completely renewed. It looks awesome, the people at the reception is more customer friendly that the old Staff. It is a bit pricy but everything is so brand new and beautiful: the jacuzzi placed in front of the bed, new mattresses, automatic toilets like in Japan :-D and very well equipped kitchenette, I didn't have breakfast there, so I cannot tell anything about it.

Great value for your money

The location was great, right in between the center of town and the beach so an easy walk of less than 10 mins in either direction. The room was spacious and had a microwave, fridge and kettle. I really appreciated the balcony and the blackout curtains.

Minimal lighting in the room and only only plug by the desk/table under it. Also, there was no storage room to leave luggage and I had to leave my bag under the stairs which felt somewhat unsafe.

Location in Domburg super central, just few metres from the dunes. Room quite spacy. Interior style functional and ok for 4 star, yet a bit old fashioned. Friendly staff.

Shower is just dysfunctional: use it and flood the bath.

Wonderful location , close to the beach and close to town. The breakfast room is very cosy but the breakfast in itself could be improved.

The rooms are getting old and need to be renewed. Not very clean. All the comments do say the same over years but it doesn’t seem something changes. and that is the point: Hotel with no soul and heart , nobody really cares! Not worth 4 stars

Would not go back to this hotel. Reception was rude and the parking situation was terrible.

The parking situation was ridiculous, no easy place to pull up and unload the car, the reception was rude to me when I tried to ask questions and express my concerns. So hot in the room, and no fan to borrow at reception.

Were here in COVID period. I did not use breakfast option. Restaurant was closed at night. Bed was comfortable and animals are allowed, which is a plus!

The rooms look better on the photos. It's OK in real life, but a bit cramped and limited facilities (+ looks a bit outdated). Kitchen corner was dusty and looked a bit outdated.
