We enjoyed our trip to Käringön and the bonus for us was that we had the whole house to ourselves. This certainly increased the value for us! If we had been sharing with other guests I think it would have been a bit on the expensive side as there was no living room. We enjoyed the clean and quiet location and friendly staff, and the island experience. The facilities were perfect for us and we could make food in the hostel. The island is magical and very pretty with a very holiday vibe.
The room was quite small for the price we paid and the window did not open.
I had hoped to swim but there were too many jellyfish in the sea to make me want to risk it!

Great location and main area.
Very hot in the rooms and not possible to open the windows. Made sleeping very difficult.
