A well kept hostel at a fantastic location away from the center, but still within walking distance. The place is actually a diving center, but also works as a hostel. We had free access to a well equipped kitchen, and a lounge with tables with a stunning seaview. The room was small, but clean and the included sheets were of hotel quality. There were no staff around, but everything worked just fine, and any questions we had were swiftly answered via the booking.com message. We got such good value for our money especially as we visited outside of high season. Waking up just beside the water and the cliffs was a great experience and the included panoramic sauna was a nice touch.

All was perfect.

Vi bodde två nätter på Open Water Loge och skulle gärna komma tillbaka om vi behövde övernattning med tillgång till bra sov utrymme, kök, matsal och två bastun och en fantastisk utsikt över havet med Lysekils kyrka i horisonten.

Panoramabastun hade vi sett framemot, men den visade sig att att inte hålla måttet, ingen värme, luktade fränt (kanske solen som värmer plastmattan) men den kan bli fantastiskt inom sin tid med bättre aggregat och en luftrör under den.

Superfint läge, perfekt under sommaren men även under lågsäsong. Trevligt med bastu och ett bra kök.

Önskade att det fanns tvättmaskin. Önskar mer belysning utomhus särskilt.
