One week winter holiday with family

This is a 10/10! Usualy I do not rate any place with 10 but Rodererhof is just almost perfect! Nice, modern and neat house with beautiful barn. Flats furnished with natural wood, spacious and well arranged. All equipment in good condition, clean and of good quality. Beds and couch very comfortable. Bathroom well arranged and comfortable. Everything modern and spotlessly clean! There is a ski room and private parking. There are no hidden fees. The landlord Paul is extremly kind and easygoing! We had a perfect stay in this beautiful place 😍

Roderer Hof Lajen

The host is very friendly although he doesn't speak English well. But no issue as we communicated via app translation. The house is very well furnished and modern farm stay. Nice view at the balcony in late summer.

Superb

The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and has everything you need. There's a ski room and lots of parking space. Paul is a great host. Lajen is a small town, 20 minutes from Ortisei. We had a great stay.

Exceptional

Thanks Paul for your hospitality! We spent a really pleasant moments in your apartment. Very nice place, clean, warm and everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Skiing was a goal of our holiday. The Rodererhof has a place to store skis and boots dryer. The road to the nearest ski lifts is quite fine and not that far at all.

Unfortunately, the Host did not speak English, however, with his ingenious treatments, it wasn't a problem. We handled all organizational matters easily, and even had a little talk about pleasant matters.

Perfect stay!

The flat is perfect - new, clean, equipped with everything you would need. The contact with the host is prefect, we got some great tips at the beginnig. We strongly recommend the stay in Rodererhof, for sure we will be back in the future :)

Amazing place for your vacation! The host was very welcoming and nice with a very lovely apartment on the hillside looking over the village. All the necessary things were there for us and the rooms were clean and big enough for the whole family. The nice little Italian shops were close to the house also. We had no problems while staying there for our ski holiday and even though our ski resort got closed, the host could suggest us a hiking track right away. We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the service.

An amazing winter break!

Our stay at Rodererhof was incredible.Laion is a cosy mountain village with everything you need just round the corner,and the accommodation very neat. Paul and Bianca ensured we enjoyed our stay best we could. Thank you very much again! We do hope to be back soon to also see the horses we have not managed this time.;)

We have enjoyed our stay in Roderer Hof and we will come back in summer!

Appartment is very stylish, all looks brand new, not like those places renovated in 80's or 90's. All is brand new and, looks very comfy and it is like that. There is all you need inside: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen burners and owen, big fridge with freezer, very comfortable beds and sofa. Living room contains kitchen, dining room and living room with new TV supporting screencast, so you can cast music from YouTube and enjoy it during breakfast very easily. There was all in the appartment and there is really no need to taking anything with you. Kitchen is fully prepared, there is everything you need, starting from small devices like a toaster and iron and also towels, diswasher tablets, soap and dish soap, all kitchen equipment. There is also big balcony connected with living room, so in warmer months you can eat outside and enjoing the view. Appartment has also a lot of parking spots, and 3 of them are under a roof. There are also stables there, so additional pro for people who likes riding. The owner - Paul - is very polite and happy man, he speaks Italian and German. There is also Bianca, who speks English very good, so you don't need to worry about communication. They are both available on whatsapp and replying very fast. On our departure we get wine with appartment logo and picture. I wouldn't dream of better place, and for this price, it is top quality you can get. Appartment might seem pretty small for 4 people(around 45m2), but we don't think so. We didn't hit each other trying to pass.

There is really hard to find anything which we didn't like there, but I can try to point some things. You need to leave appartment before 9:30 AM, which is quite early, but we didn't mind. There is local tax included which we needed to pay cash, which might be slight difficulty for someone paying Revolut like me. Some of people might not like stable and village smell, but we loved it and I believe this is a part of this place's charm! Anyway, we recommend Paul's appartment 100% :)

Fantastisch verblijf

Mooi appartement, schoon, alles aanwezig. Eigenaar kan je alles vragen over de omgeving en zoekt ook mogelijkheden uit als je iets wil doen. In het dorp zijn een paar restaurants, supermarkten, een koffiezaak en een informatie bureau.
