The place is amazing, room hot enough, very quiet and the owners very very kinded people. The breakfast made by love and fresh products. Totaly a good experience

One negative point is that there are not any shower or hairshampoo provision in the bathroom

Unique Farmstay with Amazing Friendly Family

This is an absolutely unique farm stay experience. Six star accom with views to die for. Forget about expensive overpriced Ortisei and stay with Florian and Barbara & family with affordable comfortable rooms. Impeccably clean rooms with breakfast included ingredients made locally on the farm. Jams / Juice / Bread all baked on the farm fresh. We have not experienced anything like this. This couple is amazing on what they achieved with this totally renovated agriturismo. Only 24 mins from Ortisei and 7 mins from Liaon with supermarkets restaurants and much more. The farm stay experience and perfect location is far superior to Ortisei. We will stay again!

Lovely family and amazing hosts. Superb food!

Florian and Barbara are excellent hosts, very nice and polite. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The house is a very quiet area, with amazing views. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, with house made products and food. Very nice food experience.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this charming property! The breathtaking mountain views from the balcony felt like stepping into a fairytale. It is a great value for money. An getaway with excellent hospitality

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, far from the noise of the city, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. The surroundings were beautiful, adding to the charm of the place. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and the necessary amenities. The breakfast included bio products from the farm. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Great experience

We have spent four wonderful days in Ferienhof Gschloier. Hosts were very hospitable, kind and nice. Breakfast was great, room spacious, spotlessly clean, with nice terace with a view. Location is in the middle of sights that we wanted to see, 30 to 40 minutes from Santa Maddalena, Seceda cable station, Alpe di Suisi. Hope to come back again!

Amazing Ferienhof! we totally recommend it. Everything is made with love here, you can see and feel it from your arrival. Breakfast is great, with homemade bread and jam. Eggs are delicious from their own chickens. You can visit the farm, which is small and for the own needs :) we loved this place!

Wonderful scenery and a warm welcome can be expected

Good breakfast each morning. Hearty 3 course meal in the evenings. Beautiful house with fantastic views only bettered by the friendliness of our host and his lovely family.

The starters for the meal in the evenings were too big for the Ladies!

Excellent location and great host

The owner, Florian, was very kind and helpful, he made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful, up a hill with great view of the valley. The rooms are spacious with good quality doors and windows. Also the food was good with local ingredients and specialities. At the location there is a free parking space for a couple of cars.

Warm and nice, but with obstacles.

Owner of apartment was super warm, helpful and he helped us to fix the car! Much appreciated! Breakfast had different options, area was nice as well.

Road to apartment is quite long, but you are not disappointing after that. As well, during stay some animals who lives in farm close by ate some parts of air system in car engine, so we were not able to leave fast.

Perfekt, um vom Alltag abzuschalten

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgeschieden inmitten der Natur und ist perfekt, um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

In famiglia

La struttura è moderna, funzionale e molto pulita. È immersa nella natura e nel più totale silenzio. Con un po' di fortuna potete persino vedere i caprioli pascolare nei dintorni. Ma la cosa più importante è che non siete ospiti, siete in famiglia. Barbara e Florian si fanno in quattro per garantirvi un ottimo soggiorno con la loro disponibilità e presenza sempre discreta. Molto valida la colazione (dolce e salato) con prodotti del luogo e le torte di Barbara. PS: Per chi proviene dall'autostrada A22, consiglio di impostare dapprima solo il centro di Laion e non la via Freins altrimenti il GPS vi farà passare dal paese di Goudon facendovi fare una strada piuttosto stretta e scomoda.

Ottima accoglienza dei padroni di casa Florian e Barbara, fa subito sentire in famiglia. Ambiente pulito e ordinato. Un merito alla cucina, squisita e genuina!!! Se volete passare del tempo in un luogo incontaminato, questo è il posto giusto!

So ruhig! So freundlich! So entrückt und doch nah am Grödental.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, wie auch das Abendessen: alles selbst hergestellt, ohne Plastikverpackung, Eier von eigenen Hühnern, das Fleisch vom eigenen Kalb. Kompotte, Honig vom Nachbarn. Eben Agriturismo

Leider war unser Zimmer - weil wir die letzten waren, die gebucht hatten - nach hinten raus und sehr klein. Aber man kann ja den ganzen Tag den Aufenthaltsraum mit seinem riesigen Fenster ins Tal hinein nutzen, außerdem vor dem Haus die Sitzgruppe.

温馨的乡村家庭农庄，非常友好的房东。我们到达的时间很晚（凌晨），经过提前沟通也顺利交接了钥匙。农庄位于半山腰，面对风景优美的群山。但是需要开山路才能到达。楼下有三个停车位。房间干净整洁，干净程度超过星级酒店。房东夫妻非常友好。早餐有现做的咖啡，煮蛋和煎蛋可以选择。听说提供晚饭，但是很可惜我们没有在早餐时提前预定，因此没有体验到。

Entorno ideal. Los dueños son super amables, serviciales y simpáticos. Todo estaba super limpio y ordenado. El desayuno con muchos productos de la propia granja estaba muy rico. Se agradece mucho la terraza de la habitación que tiene unas vistas bonitas y además tiene mesas, sillas y tendedero. Las camas eran muy cómodas.

El camino de llegada es complejo, pero lo compensa la paz del lugar. Se hubiese agradecido algún cubierto disponible en la sala de estar para poder cenar nuestra comida si queremos cenar tarde. Las toallas algo gastadas pero no tiene importancia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Chambre avec un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet et repas du soir avec les produits de la ferme. Toute la famille est sympathique et accueillante.

Pas grand chose, si ce n'est peut-être la variété du menu du soir, mais c'est un détail.

Colazione a chilometro zero. Tutto fatto in casa, tutto buonissimo, soprattutto la marmellata di sambuco! Florian si mette sempre a disposizione se serve qualcos'altro. Una famiglia meravigliosa, che tutto quello che fanno, lo fanno con amore e professionalità. Una locazione immersa nel bosco e nella tranquillità con delle panoramiche favolose!
