In a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa Apartments offer you a magnificent view of the mountains. The 48 m² accommodation features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and 2 covered panoramic balconies, accommodating 2 to 4 guests. The apartment is located on the top floor and faces east and south. Further amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.
You have access to a communal outdoor area with whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.
The holiday apartment is situated in the center of the small village of Gufidaun in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Val di Funes, close to the Dolomites.
The accommodation is ideal for couples and small families. A baby cot and high chair are available. One pet is welcome for an additional fee. A ski storage room is provided. There is also storage space for motorcycles and bicycles.
The South Tyrol Guest Card is included and allows you to use public transport, summer and winter buses, swimming pools, and much more.
