The apartment has a wonderful view, located at the small and beautiful Laion city, near to some of the best spots in Dolomites. It was also clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was easy. Kitchen well equipped.

The bed was not so comfortable and was noisy. I think some basics should be available like toiled paper (there was just one for 4 people/4 nights), soap for the dishwasher and coffee (which appears on the pictures).

dreadful! avoid at all costs!

if there was an opportunity to give minus figures we would!

dirty, unkempt, master bedroom with mountain view was locked, leaving us with a smaller room with the the most awful rundown view (pictures added) electric garage didn’t work, exposed wires to lighting and this is supposed to be a family apartment, blocked sink in bathroom, no soap in bathroom only a single toilet roll, cheap foul tasting coffee. we raised a complaint to be told that we would not receive a refund and what did we expect for the money in high season, at the very least we expected a clean, tidy and safe stay, we stayed for one of the two nights and left very early the next day as we simply could not stay here. at €400 we expected far more than what we received. only book this place if you’re happy to be underwhelmed and ripped off! it is frustrating that we cannot attach more photographs to really demonstrate how this place really looks!

Toller Aufenthalt in Lajen - Weiterempfehlung!

Nagyon nehezen találtuk meg a szállást, főleg úgy ,hogy a szállásadó rossz házszámot adott meg.

Piacevole settimana

Posizione ideale a pochi minuti dalla Val Gardena, posizione soleggiata, paesino tranquillo con buoni servizi in loco, vista panoramica.

Pur non volendo certo cucinare in vacanza ma volendo scaldare la pizza acquistata in loco non ci è stato possibile in quanto forno è presente ma non funzionante. Una critica anche alle posate 🍴 che andrebbero cambiate immediatamente visto lo stato d’uso (con posate in acciaio inox) dal costo irrisorio.

Buona posizione per passeggiate estive.

Appartamento ben strutturato, ottima visuale, con terrazzo panoramico, temperatura interna molto confortevole. Buona la posizione anche per raggiungere le maggiori zone turistiche e impianti di risalita. Raggiungibili in pochi chilometri.

Leggermente poco pratico parcheggio auto privato coperto. Comunque sempre apprezzato.

Fantastische plek, fijn verblijf !

Wat een fijn appartment op een mooie locatie. Wanneer de rolluiken omhoog gaan, heb je een waanzinnig uitzicht over de bergen, genieten op het balkon met een kopje koffie / glaasje wijn. Appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Is hygienisch, netjes in orde. Tevens reageert de host : Marco, goed op je vragen en is het contact prettig. - seceda is kort in de buurt, geweldig !

Op de ochtend dat we wilde gaan wandelen, kwam een klusjesman. Of we moesten daar blijven of moesten de sleutels in het kastje leggen. We vonden het geen prettig idee dat er een ‘vreemde’ man tussen onze spullen was, zonder dat wij erbij waren. Besloten om te wachten, waardoor wij vrij laat pas konden vertrekken (10.30u). Het maken van iets, had ook gedaan kunnen worden voor of na ons verblijf.
