Overall good experience! Great apartment in a great city!

The apartment was great- super location, games for kids, comfortable, fully equipped.

It was a bit inconvenient that for arrivals after 18h30 you have to pick up the key in a different location. Also it can be a bit noisy at night (as you are in the heart of the city and there are some pubs.) You can’t hear the pubs or music, but just people hanging a bit in the streets. It woke us up both nights, but it didn’t last too long luckily.

Bar outside the bedroom window that didn’t close until 2am. Toilet was not attached to the floor properly and wobbled when seated. Communication with the key holder was difficult and check in instructions were scant. There was no information regarding how to access the flat from the street.

Street noise and noise from bar on corner. Bring ear plugs. Two internal bedrooms do not have external windows. But I would still stay.

Amazing location, right in centre of old town St Malo but not noisy. For a family it had great facilities with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, washing machine, toys available for the children and parking outside

Family friendly at Saint Malo

Family friendly! The kids toys, puzzles, bunk beds and family friendly kitchen wear made this a perfect apartment for our family of 6

Doesn’t have a dishwasher (but we knew this as the property description is very accurate) and the stairs are steep but these are very minor concerns

Bien placé dans l'intra-muros.

L'accueil très sympathique, la souplesse pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'emplacement idéal en plein cœur de l'intra-muros. Les jouets mise a disposition pour les enfants.

La propreté laisse a désirer, le canapé est en très mauvais état (assises cassées par endroit donc inconfortable) et recouvert d'un plaid pas très propre. L'appartement est à vendre nous avons eu le droit a une visite surprise de l'agence immobilière qui possède les clés et qui est donc rentré dans l'appartement pour faire une visite. Les acheteurs semblaient plus gênés que nous😂🤣

Très bon emplacement malgré le manque d’isolation phonique

- l’emplacement intramuros est top, on peut tout faire à pied. - la propreté - la fourniture de linge de maison

- l’isolation est à revoir, on entend tout… le simple vitrage des fenêtres est gênant en sachant la proximité d’un bar qui est ouvert jusqu’à 3h du matin - les toilettes étaient mal fixées - les matelas n’étaient pas confortables, nous avons très mal dormis (en plus du bruit) - le canapé était cassé (on sentait la structure lorsque l’on s’asseyait)

Accueil désagréable de la part de Petronille qui n’a fait que se plaindre et a conclu son accueil par « j’espère que vous n’êtes pas anglais car j’ai souvent un problème de propreté avec eux. Je veux que l’appartement reste propre hein ». Après des heures de routes on aurait aimé recevoi un accueil plus sympathique.
