L'accueil très sympathique, la souplesse pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'emplacement idéal en plein cœur de l'intra-muros. Les jouets mise a disposition pour les enfants.
La propreté laisse a désirer, le canapé est en très mauvais état (assises cassées par endroit donc inconfortable) et recouvert d'un plaid pas très propre. L'appartement est à vendre nous avons eu le droit a une visite surprise de l'agence immobilière qui possède les clés et qui est donc rentré dans l'appartement pour faire une visite. Les acheteurs semblaient plus gênés que nous😂🤣

The apartment was great- super location, games for kids, comfortable, fully equipped.
It was a bit inconvenient that for arrivals after 18h30 you have to pick up the key in a different location.
Also it can be a bit noisy at night (as you are in the heart of the city and there are some pubs.) You can’t hear the pubs or music, but just people hanging a bit in the streets. It woke us up both nights, but it didn’t last too long luckily.

Location was good for access to the old town and the city walls.
Bar outside the bedroom window that didn’t close until 2am.
Toilet was not attached to the floor properly and wobbled when seated.
Communication with the key holder was difficult and check in instructions were scant. There was no information regarding how to access the flat from the street.
