A nice experience

It's a nice and cozy place on the outskirts of the village. There is a pool and a restaurant downstairs. The host is very nice and accommodating, if you have any questions about the area or need help with something, he is always there for you. If you want to go to the beach, you could take a shortcut through the neighboring property & go through the trail downhill. Otherwise you could go to the main part of the beach in the village, which is doable, but could be a bit far on foot.

Perfect holiday.

A truly exceptional place to spend your vacation. We stayed in a comfortable apartment with a sea view, the view was amazing. There was also a restaurant where we had breakfast or dinner. The meals were delicious and freshly prepared. Special thanks to Costas, who was always interested in our stay with a smile and whether we were missing anything. Also to the cleaning lady, who took care of the cleanliness of the apartment every day. We did not use the pool at the restaurant, because we always went to the sea, but the place to relax around the pool was pleasantly relaxing. From the surroundings, we liked the beaches of Agios Stefanos and Avlaki the most.

I'm thinking... but there was nothing to complain about in the accommodation or services. As for the location, maybe the water was colder when we were there. For example Agios Spiridos or Rovinia. Not for me, but a little for my wife.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful we was placed in a Lovely apartment overlooking the sea with amazing views of neighbouring islands and sunset Rooms were very clean and air conditioned Depending on what you plan to do I would recommend hiring a car or quad bike as this is about a 20min walk (downhill) to the centre of agios be warned it’s a very tough walk back up the hill in daytime heat which can take around 25/30 mins you can cut down on to the beach about half way down apart from that very nice apartment Would highly recommended if you don’t mind the location

Disappointing accommodation but great views from the balcony.

One-bed accommodation we ended up not staying at. Disappointed with the tired / ‘70s feel, cold and dark, and no privacy (could smell and hear people in the neighbouring flat smoking weed on their balcony). Decided to find alternative accommodation and were very glad we did, so only ended up staying an hour. Owner was apologetic. Would advise people check pics of the accommodation before booking as there seem to be varying standards between the different buildings managed by “Nikos” (an expensive mistake on our part we’ve learnt from for the future).

Nice stay in Corfu

We enjoyed very much excellent service, bit colder on April but there's powerful AC in both rooms, it could heat the room easily. We were provided with list of nearby restaurants and market. Price/value very good

Alright accomodation, but better staff & owner!

We had a great holiday at the Nikos Apartments. The view is spectacular & the location of the Apartment was good aswell. A 5 min walk to the beach and a beautiful Pool just across the street. George the owner and his staff were super friendly and helped us in every situation, thanks for that. The char was very friendly aswell and made sure everything is clean.

Unfortunately there were a few things that i did not enjoy as much. The kitchen was the biggest down side for me. Old and just not enough cutlery, pans etc for cooking. Also the stove had just two plates for cooking which is sad, because we enjoy cooking and thats why we booked an apartement. Unfortunately the apartements we saw, looked nicer than the one we got. The bench outside was quite uncomfortable. Also i would have liked a little armchair in the corner of the bedroom. That would have been a bit more comfortable in general. Some pictures or plants would look nice. In the end we thought we would get a diffrent appartement, because there are more pictures of the better ones online. And i think we paid a lot of money for not enough value. Some more Informations about the different Appartements would have been nice. Still we had a great time here and would appreciate some needed renovations for future guests.

Loved it!

Liked everything about Nikos apartments. George was friendly and informative and was available throughout our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed and was finished to a very high standard. The view out on the balcony is a dream. Air conditioning included is a huge bonus. The village of agios Stefanos is just a couple of minutes by car. We had a lovely stay and hope to return again.

Great stay with a great view to the sea

The apartment is very well equipped, the view from the balcony is fantastic. Since you are oriented to the sea, it is very calm area (you do not hear cars). All was very clean, and regularly cleaned. There is a washing machine you can use and even some washing liquids. The landlord was very kind and helpful. I can gladly recommend this apartment for staying.

Nothing, all was great. There are two things you should be aware: Most likely you would need a rented car in order to have a convinient stay, , the route to the beach is around 20min and you walk by the cars. 20 mins it takes also to the main street of Agios Stefanos. The prices in the supermarket are quite high, so we recommend to hire car, and make already a larger food shopping in one of Kerkyra town lidls. The second topic you should know is that the bathroom is accessible only directly via the room with double-bed. We had no issues with this at all. But the level of privacy might be for this room quite low, so not sure if it is optimal for two couples for instance. But for friends, or family with small children it is fine.

Fantastic views!

We loved the view from our balcony. The furniture outside to sit and watch the sunset was comfortable. George was a very good host. Thanks so much for the primo room with most stunning views. Beds very comfortable and bathroom very good with great shower. Good little kitchen if needed.

Apartaments were so clean and spacious. Newly renovated and with all kitchen appliances. You have everything what you need. Nice view from terrasa especially in the evening sunset and view to the sea and islands. Owner George was so helpful and friendly with his team he let us check in earlier and check out. George always answered messages to whatsapp if we needed some help. Also organised transfers to airport and from other apartaments. BRAVO. I would highly recommend this apartaments if you have a car. This is so quiet place away from noisy restaurants in Agios Stefanos! Our family were happy to stay here. All the best!

Very enjoyable stay

Loved the view, very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was cleaned regularly. Short walk to the beach and the section of the beach that you could access from the apartment had hardly anyone there. But a short walk along the beach and you could access restaurants and water sports. Also able to use pool of property opposite which was great and had great views too. Loved the coffee machine and we were provided with coffee pods with each clean.

Nothing, except it can get hot in August around 35 degrees and walk back from the beach a steep one, so not for the elderly

Wish we’d been there longer!

The accommodation was modern and super clean. The sea view and sunset can’t be beaten. Use of pool across the road with a snack bar made our stay very easy.

Very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island. Fantastic dinners at Jannis Grill Room. Apartment very modern, clean and well organised with sun in the kitchen in the morning and wonderful sunset in the evening. Kitchen well organised. Host always reachable per whatsapp if tourist information needed.
