Excellent holiday

having the different terraces to sit out on to watch the sunset and beach was amazing. The property had everything you needed for a lovely holiday.

Certain things like mosquito nets had a few holes in them and the terrace chairs were broken. Curtains upstairs would be a welcome addition but Generally a great house for a holiday on a bit of a hill!

Fabulous holiday location with a great pool.

Villa was very comfortable, pool was excellent. The cleaner, who was lovely and friendly, was there every day. Very spacious with plenty room for 6 people easily

Perfect for a relaxing stay and no need for a hire car with lots of choice of bars and restaurants.

The villa was very clean with good air conditioning which was important in a heatwave. The pool was a perfect size for six adults. The cleaning lady came daily. The kitchen area was a good size with a proper full size oven. Bedrooms had lots of storage and comfy beds. The villa was only a short walk from cafes, restaurant and the beach. The views are stunning.

There is a steep hill to the villa, so not suitable for anyone with movement issues, but it was fine for us. The hot water ran out on a couple of evenings with six adults showering in quick succession, but when we spread the showers out a bit it was fine.

relaxing and comfortable - wonderful pool and well laid out villa

The view was lovely,lovely villa, short albeit steep walk down to shop and beach. Vasso who organised everything was incredibly helpful and Jenny who came to clean the villa was amazing and reported any minor issues to be fixed before we even noticed them - thank you The swinning pool and villa were lovely.

the beach was a bt sea weedy and the walk upto the villa very steep if you struggle with hills but this meant the view was lovely. it would be nice to have a blind over the upstairs window as the light woke us.

Due to the end of the season, the water in the pool was too cold for swimming, but the pool itself was a good size and depth.

Superb

Apartment is lovely, the pool area and views are great. Agios Stefanos is a fantastic base for a Corfu holiday, we always enjoyed coming back to a family, relaxing beach after the busier more famous beaches. Host was super easy to deal with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just a note that it isn't central to the town. Worked for us as prefer the peace and quiet up the hill and the views!

awesome amazing villa

We have recently returned from staying in the the villa and we had an amazing week. The villa is fully equipped and has everything you need. The view from the villa is stunning and although the villa is set on a hill, there is an amazing small hotel on route to the villa that we visited for lunch most days and we always stopped for a final drink at TSAROS on the way home each evening. The owners at TSAROS also allowed us to spend a few hours at their Pool and use their washing facilities before our final departure which as so kind of them. Vasso visited daily to freshen the villa and to ensure that we had everything we needed. We have been visiting San Stefanos for many years but this was our first stay at Villa Del Mer and we enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.

We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in Villa de la Mer and hope to come back again

This is beautiful Villa set in the hill above Agios Stefanos. Yes, there is a walk up the hill to reach the Villa but please don’t be put off by this, it means you get spectacular views, uninterrupted sunsets and sunrises and privacy. The Villa had everything we needed and more. The pool - a great size and kept exceptionally clean via its own filtration system and a pool man who calls discreetly to carry out a through clean early in the morning. Bedrooms - the beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning is effective. Mosquito shutters on the doors and windows meant we did not have any insect issues in the Villa. Lots of storage space and space in general made the rooms very comfortable. Outside space - the Sun loungers are really comfortable and there are both shaded areas and garden space, so suitable for everyone. The upper balcony provides a lovely spot for evening drinks and to watch the sun set over the beach. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. There are two lovely beaches within walking distance - Stefanos and Arillas, as well as a range of restaurants and bars. Margaritas supermarket at the bottom of the hill has all the basics and Akrotiri cafe at the top of the hill provides a fabulous spot for drinks, lunch or dinner.

Perfect for us! Ideally located, well conceived and well maintained, precise instructions. One of my bests.

Our stay was perfect! One only warning may be on the fact that another building of apartments is located below the villa/pool, quite close. Obviously it was empty during our stay so it was no issue for us. Other neighbours were very quiet.

Amazing View

Loved the location of the property with an amazing view of the beach. It is located up a hill - good exercise !!! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops and supermarkets. We had a late flight home and our host very kindly let us stay on until we were ready to leave. Many thanks.
