About this house rental

We welcome you to stay at our wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3-story West Vail townhouse! We've taken great pride in not only updating the decor and furnishings, but we've also upgraded all of the cookware, knives, cutting boards and dishes. We recently remodeled the condo with new carpet, furniture, doors, blinds, paint and baseboards. We even have great barware for those who like to shake up a cocktail (or two) while on vacation!

We' ve supplied the kitchen with plenty of spices, oils and condiments to make cooking and entertaining at home as enjoyable as possible! Laundry and laundry supplies are provided along with high quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Linens are new, clean and fresh. There's even a large deck with a new grill just off the second floor to enjoy the peaceful sound of the river that runs right behind our townhouse!

Our townhouse is located just minutes from Lionshead and Vail Village. A short 15 minute drive will get you to Beaver Creek Resort for upscale shopping, dining and "not exactly roughing it" skiing.

Grocery shopping (at non-resort prices), restaurants and retail stores are located less than 5 minutes away. As well, a bus stop is located less than 100 yards away from our front door with free year-round shuttle service to just about everywhere in the Vail Valley! The bus in Vail is safe for the family and if your teenagers want to venture out! Travel time from the bus to Lionshead is 15 minutes and Vail Village is approximately 20 minutes.

About this house rental

We welcome you to stay at our wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3-story West Vail townhouse! We've taken great pride in not only updating the decor and furnishings, but we've also upgraded all of the cookware, knives, cutting boards and dishes. The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The location to the bus stop was great with just a two minute walk. We were there for Christmas week and noted that this bus stop (Meadow Creek) is positioned on the route so that you should have no issue finding a spot on the bus. By the time we got to later stops in route to our drop off, the bus was often full and not taking more passengers - so the Meadow Creek stop by the condo is a real benefit during crowded weeks.

Vail was awesome! The townhome was superb and Andrea was great to communicate with. Super clean, quaint and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the place was decorated very nicely. The location of the townhome was amazing, 1 mile away from Safeway and City Market. Vail Village approximately 2 miles. We rented our skis from Venture at the Grand Hyatt (1.5 miles away) and took the lift straight up the mountain from this location. Very, very convenient, parking at hotel etc. Highly recommend this VRBO for a Vail vacation 😊 Thank you Andrea

The condo was wonderful. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It is spacious and would be good for a group or family with kids. Host responded immediately with our questions when were there. Also was a great location - close to grocery store and just a minute down the road from downtown Vail! We usually stay in vail village, however we stayed in west vail this stay. Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean and spacious! Loved the stay!

We loved our stay and would definitely rent again! The home was impeccably clean and fully stocked with toiletries. The kitchen was terrific and had all of the cooking and serving-wear we could need. The beds were very comfortable and we loved hanging out in the house. We were 5 people (mom, dad, and 3 college kids) and it fit us perfectly. There is even Alexa in the house! We were a 5-minute drive to the Grand Hyatt at Vail where we paid $40 a day to park. We rented our skis there and were able to use their ski valet. It was like having ski in/ski out without having to pay triple the price for the room. We were also just 15 minutes from Beaver Creek, so we took advantage of both mountains. We loved the accommodations and the location. The covered parking spot was clutch since it snowed every day, and the condo association did a great job plowing the complex so we were able to get in and out without a hitch. This was a great find. Thank you Andrea! We really appreciated being able to stay in your place!

Perfect house to come home to after a long day on the mountain or in Vail Village. Very spacious/open middle floor layout with the gas fireplace to hang out and enjoy watching tv and dinner. We planned on eating out every night and ended up cooking at home 2/3 nights because the kitchen and living space was so nice (and we were exhausted from skiing). Shuttle is 2 min walk from the house and the garage port parking space was clutch if you bring a car. Just note the first two bedrooms are on the first floor and are smaller. The master bedroom is on the third floor and is enormous and very nice. Highly recommend this stay. We will be back!

The cleaner never showed up, house was gross. Food on stove and beds were nasty when we arrived. Worked out a repayment option with Andrea to settle for our inconvenience, but never got repaid and have been ghosted by lister after many attempts to communicate. House also had no heat for the first 12 hours was freezing (below 40 degrees inside). Amenities were awesome and location was great, just a super unfortunate situation.

Andrea was super responsive and thoughtful. Grocery store close by, super easy drive to any of the public parking in Vail. The condo is super clean (recently updated it appears), well appointed - appliances, dishes, pots/pans, awesome coffee maker, it's all there, you just need to walk in the door and enjoy. Beds are comfortable....at least we had no issues sleeping! Even a washer and dryer for those staying longer. Two parking spots available and bus service nearby if you opt not to drive to the village (you can park on frontage road north by Safeway and grab the free bus). For those that are concerned with the cost.....dont be, treat yourself, it's worth it and reasonable relative to "Vail rates". Good times await you.

Andrea and Michael’s place was the highlight of our stay. The place was immaculate! It was spacious, yet cozy, clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed to end our lovely ski day in Vail. Andrea was very responsive, wonderful to talk to, and she really holds true to “mi casa, su casa.” We wish we had stayed longer! Hope to be back in the near future.

Great condo for skiing at Vail

Very comfortable, well-equipped condo for the 5 of us. We took the free West Vail bus from the nearby Meadow Creek stop to either the Cascade lift, or Lionshead. The red bus was only about 10 min. in the AM, and we took the green bus in the pm. Vail was running two busses at a time, each with reduced 20-person capacity, and we never had a problem. Andrea responded immediately when we had any questions.
