This handsome 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium has over 1600 square feet of living area and boasts some of the best views in the charming neighborhood of West Vail right from your deck! It’s a short walk to the complimentary in-town shuttle just out the front door which will drop you at both Lionshead and Vail Villages as well as, the grocery stores and local restaurants.

The two guest bedrooms, bathroom and full-size washer/dryer are on the entry level of this well-appointed, 3-story property. There is also a built-in coat rack for gear and shoe storage for your convenience. The first bedroom is fitted with a queen, 4-poster bed. The second bedroom offers full-over-full bunk beds and TV.
The living room is on the second level and is a most beautiful gathering place featuring an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, stone wrapped wood-burning fireplace, large flat screen TV and comfy sectional sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The sofa is equipped with a queen sleeper and upgraded mattress. From the living room you can step out onto the spacious deck and breathe in the spectacular views of the local mountainscapes, soak in your private hot tub or barbecue a feast for the family.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and has lots of room and is pleasantly updated with granite tile counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen and there is plentiful seating for six with additional seating for two at the bar.
The upper floor is where you’ll find the private master bedroom with king bed, TV and newly remodeled, dedicated bathroom with dual sinks, barn door and shower/tub combo.
The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces; 1 covered space in carport and 1 other assigned spot not covered. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Just five minutes from the lifts at the base of Lionshead and 1.9 miles from Talisa Village lift #20. This gorgeous home truly has it all making it the perfect intermountain getaway!
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Our stay in Vail was amazing. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities. The bus stop is right around the corner, and the kids had an amazing time walking to the dog park area that was very close to play with the dogs. There is a private trail that walks along Gore Creek that we were able to enjoy all to ourselves our first evening in town that really captured the beauty of the area and our family already planning their next trip back! We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Visited local ski resorts while using the condo as a base, went well as there are plenty of options for eating g in and out in the area

Quick couples getaway. Property was mostly as described. Clean, hot tub was nice and beds were pretty comfortable. Wifi code was wrong.
Ran into a problem and the lack of communication from property management was disappointing.
We arrived at night and it was dark. We parked where we were told to. Though no visible signage anywhere related to the property. We parked in a spot with no marking at all.
Shortly after, someone completely blocked us in; intentionally. There were several spaces next to us, but the owner of the car didn't park in those. He angry parked; about an inch from my bumper and pavers behind my tires. We had no way to move our car or find the owner; he did not leave a number.
We ended up calling non-emergent police for help. Two officers arrived before the owner of the vehicle finally came out. It was clear he was looking to fight. He ran at us shouting- “get your car out of my spot! This isn't yours! You know better. Get it out now, before I get MORE upset!” I felt very threatened.
If police hadn't been there, it may have become physical. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
The HOA hasn't cared for their lot. Very faded paint on a few spots that were difficult to discern even in daylight. The officers noted that both verbally and in their report. I tried to reach management, but was unable; and I got no call back. I brought this to them the next business day was told it wan't their fault.
Nice, but sadly I wouldn't feel safe bringing my kids here.
